Food & Body Image
Love your body. Listen to your body. It’s not what’s on the outside but the inside that counts. Eat intuitively. Your weight is just a number. Self-confidence is everything.
That’s all well and good, but what if you still feel really uncomfortable in your own skin? What if it consumes your thoughts from the moment you wake up to the second your head hits the pillow at night? What if you're constantly worried about what you eat, how your stomach or arms look in that outfit, or what other people are thinking?
What if you're also exhausted by this way of living? What if you're dying to relinquish the pain, shame and guilt around your body, and wrecked relationship with food, but don't know where to begin?
I work with women to relinquish the pain, shame and guilt around your body, develop a way of eating rooted in pleasure and empowerment and redirect that mental obsession with your figure to much bigger and brighter things.
