EARLY STAGE BUSINESS CONSULTING
There's a certain kind of founder I love working with. She's not fresh out of business school with a pitch deck. She's in her 30s or 40s, has built a real career, maybe raised kids, and now she's standing at the edge of something she actually wants — a floral studio, a food business, a hospitality concept, a wellness space. Something with soul. Something that's hers.
She has the resources to invest. What she needs is someone who has been here before — who knows what actually works in the early days, what doesn't, and how to build something small but mighty without burning through money or momentum on the wrong things.
That's where I come in.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
I work with founders in the earliest stage of building — the phase before the big spend, before you've hired anyone, before you've made expensive mistakes you can't undo. My job is to help you build a solid foundation, brick by brick, so that when things do take off, they actually hold.
Together, we work through strategy, positioning, community building, early marketing, and — just as important — the personal evolution required to carry a business. Because in my experience, the biggest obstacle to a business succeeding isn't the product. It's the founder becoming the person the business needs her to be.
When you need specialists — a PR agent, a web designer, a digital marketing firm — I'll help you identify, vet, and hire them. You don't have to figure that out alone.
